Ein Hotel mit Charme in einer phantastischen Lage. Den Times Square erreicht man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Zentraler geht es nicht. Das Zimmer klein aber sehr gemütlich. Es wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Temperatur und der Druck des Wassers in der Dusche im 15 Stock einwandfrei. Man bekommt beim einchecken für jeden Tag einen Voucher, dafür kann man jeden Tag z.B. kostenlos im Hotel frühstücken.

Property was very clean quiet and close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to always help, and held great conversations. Have to give a special shot out to Kayla who went above and beyond to find me and my friend some Rockafella oysters. It was just her time ave dedication. She always looked gorgeous her hair was beautiful.

Our stay at CIVILIAN was absolutely wonderful! We came for our honeymoon and let them know — they made it feel so special. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — we slept great every single night. The location in Hell's Kitchen is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The late checkout made our last day so much easier. We loved every moment. Next time we visit New York, we will definitely stay here again!
