Hotelli administraatorid oli sõbralikud ja abivalmid. Hommikusöök oli rikkalik ja lisaks sai eraldi tellida omletti ja pannkooke. Hotelli asukoht oli hea ja kohe hotelli ees oli bussipeatus. Roheline ja vaikne piirkond. Minibaar oli hinna sees.
Kui soovisime varem magama minna, siis kahjuks kõrval tubadest kostus väga kõva heli ja see segas kahjuks uinumist. Tubades pistikuid vähe

Expected room to have a tv with Netflix and YouTube access. I couldn’t even mirror my phone that was a little disappointing.

Lovely hotel with really friendly staff in all areas! Made good use of the concierge assistant Andrea in the Gift shop that arranged our travel to and from the airport for our trip , great communication and all went very smoothly ! Also used the shuttle bus from the hotel almost daily , again staff Valentina and Chiara were most helpful and a great service offered. Beds were the most comfy we have ever had 🥰. Enjoyed the hotel being a little bit out of the city ! We even managed to get a swim in the outside pool during the final weekend of its opening -cold but gorgeous!! Lovely friendly (& funny) lady serving in the bar area , made us very welcome on each visit ! Was a great visit
The only thing we both felt is that although the buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh and beautifully displayed , the hot food wasn’t hot enough and that was disappointing! We did discover that we could order omelet and that was freshly made and very hot and enjoyable however .

It is a nice facility in a nice neighbourhood. We don’t usually spend time in a hotel so we didn’t have the chance to use their facilities and services
The housekeeping was below expectations. In our 4 nights, our room was never really vacuumed, dusted or cleaned professionally. Honestly, we didn’t expect that from an IHG hotel
