Location is good, very comfortable hotel, everything was excellent
“Great Hotel”
Really good hotel in a great location. One of the better places I have stayed at in Paris. A large comfortable bed and a nice shower with good hot water and pressure. A/C worked great. The staff was really good and breakfast was good as well. + for the guy who makes cappuccinos at breakfast and another + to the bartender who makes a good Kir Royale.

“I was expecting something better!”
The hotel is spot on for location, the staff was very good and the cleanliness was also good.
I was expecting a very good breakfast while it was average (not bad but..). Also the wifi was bad. Finally the price I paid at 1800 EUR for 3 nights was definitely not the value I received.

- pendant les 6 nuits, la poubelle de la toilette a été vidée 2 fois - je n’arrivais pas à téléphoner au 01 malgres que tous etaient au courant -le miroir de la salle de bain avait 2 fortes lampes attachées à droite et à gauche qui éblouissent les yeux

Location was good
The breakfast was not very good at all - minimalistic. We had issues with the shower head falling off the wall. We also had two incidents of the hotels booking system was hacked and therefore my WhatsApp was hacked - I had entered our credit card information twice because the message said it was coming from the hotel. This should not have happened twice. This was brought up to the hotel - there was no follow-up to us.
