“great location in Sanur , friendly staff and well maintained”

Hotel davvero bellissimo, per noi è stato il top! Struttura molto grande e curata, splendida piscina, bellissima posizione direttamente sul mare e ambienti molto piacevoli. La camera era confortevole e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Personale gentile e disponibile. È stato un soggiorno perfetto per concludere la nostra vacanza a Bali. Lo consigliamo sicuramente e ci torneremmo molto volentieri!
L’unico aspetto che migliorerei è la colazione. La scelta era molto orientata verso piatti della cucina locale, che per noi europei sono meno adatti alla colazione. Avremmo apprezzato una maggiore varietà di frutta fresca, yogurt e succhi di frutta freschi anziché confezionati. Anche il caffè non ci è piaciuto particolarmente e ci è dispiaciuto che, per avere un semplice cappuccino, fosse necessario pagare un supplemento. Considerando l’ottimo livello dell’hotel, una colazione più varia e internazionale lo renderebbe praticamente perfetto.

The resort waas large, plenty of space, bikes for hire and a great pool. Conceirge staff were extremely helpful. Convenient ATM in the lobby also.
The staff were not as helpful as other Bali locations we have stayed in. Service was slow, especially around the pool. The breakfast was just fair and ended up eating elsewhere along the beach.
“Disappointing stay”
It’s location, proximity to the beach, the pool.
The bedroom was damp with everything in the room being damp. Bathroom was never cleaned thoroughly and a reported blockage in the shower taking a day and flooding for it to be attended to. Lighting in the room was around the wall and not in the middle of the room so it was dark. Chairs were dirty, walls marked and wallpaper starting to peel. We were upgraded, yet the room felt like it was a downgrade and we never received any benefits of an upgrade.
