“I little bit of paradise”
Everything, its the third time staying at hyatt and we love everything about this resort. Its my go to when staying in sanur. Thankyou hyatt see you again next time.

Vegetation since 1970’s. Mature and spectacular. Very nice Bali decore in rooms. Service excellent.
“Total ripoff”
Fascilities were great.
I’ve never been overcharged at this level. They charged $550 per night for a mediocre room that was very stuffy and smelled of mold. I asked for some refund at the property, but they said I have to ask Booking.com. And according to Booking.com they refused any refund. I never give 1-star rating but this one is perfectly deserved. I feel they ripped us off.

Breakfast was lavish. First day we arrived for breakfast and it was like oh my goodness. Amazing selection for everyone.

Notre chambre était fortement polluée par le bruit dû au passage des clients et les charriots de service et ce dé 6 heures du matin. Sinon séjour impeccable

Hotel is well maintained and so beautiful. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Wellness / spa area is also very beautiful. I like that there is also an outdoor gym area and free drinking water available in a lot of spots
Gym could be bigger, there is not much area for calisthenics training.
