I have booked Hotel Lunetta to celebrate by wife’s birthday in Rome. It was truly amazing experience in the hotel and with the staff. It all started with the very warm welcome from Roberto at the front desk, who was very friendly and helpful, and even assigned us to a very very nice room to make my wife’s birthday even more special, and it actually did. Throughout the stay the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, including the room service staff, the breakfast staff, etc. I mention especially Samuel from the breakfast staff who was very nice and friendly, and celebrated my wife’s birthday with a mini cake and a pink candle. I can keep going on about the experience at Hotel Lunetta, but one of the main reasons for selecting this hotel was the location, which was even better than I had expected, being central and within walking distance from all the main historical sites in Rome. I would finally like to say a very big thank you to all the staff at Hotel Lunetta for making our Rome experience and my wife’s birthday truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will surely be booking it again for my next trip to Rome.

Location.
There were a few ants in our room. Also, the plastic covering on the mattress did not stay in place and caused sleeping to be uncomfortable. We told house cleaning but mattress cover just did not fit .

We booked with booking.com and asked for Parking specifically. When we got there they had no parking. When we told them in booking.com they say they have parking….the Receptionist said “we know about parking we don’t have parking “. 😳 I told them we all “know about parking because we all have google” - I wouldn’t have minded even if we had to pay for parking extra. But the recommended two different places to walk with all luggage 15 min away. We booked this hotel just because it included parking close by. And we were stuck for 3 nights. They don’t care. Sad!! Also room was super small compared to photos !!!! Barely could walk around bed. This was our third week of Italian travel. This was the worst experience.

“Wonderful small hotel.”
It was well situated and very clean. I am a senior woman traveling alone and felt very safe and well cared for. The staff were exceptionally accommodating allowing me an early check in and a late check out.
