The room was great and the location could not have been more convenient to the Trains and Metro.

The room was small but it was all we needed with a King Bed as requested. The hotel is very close to Rome Termini and also close to Colloseum and other sites. We did go to Trevi and Pantheon from here and it was reasonably close as well. Lots of restaurants all around this Hotel. Overall a great experience.

“Great location, near the metro and train station. Avoid breakfast!”
The operation of the restaurant serving breakfast could be improved. It is a problem for people staying alone because all the dining tables are joined together for many more people. I had the inconvenience because I tried to sit at one table after I asked two people who were already sitting there and they told me that the seat was free. When I came back with the plate and tried to sit down, the waitress came up to me and started yelling at me that I was alone and I couldn't sit there because it was a table for four. I was very uncomfortable. Nowhere was it written that the table was reserved and no table was for two, nor for one person! This behavior of the waitress is totally unacceptable and the waiters should improve their communication skills with the guests. Also, for the four breakfasts I had in this hotel, they did not change a single dish that was offered.
