Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 29, 2026

此页面仅提供英文版本。

Tech Fly, operator of location.travel, is committed to making its website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the internationally-recognised standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act and by many national laws.

1. Conformance target

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This includes success criteria covering perceivability, operable interfaces, understandable content, and robustness across assistive technologies.

2. Measures we have taken

  • Semantic HTML with clear heading hierarchy, landmarks, and lists
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
  • Accessible interactive components built on Radix UI / shadcn primitives with correct ARIA roles
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and icon-only buttons
  • Colour palette designed with sufficient contrast between text and background
  • Responsive layout that adapts from 320 px mobile screens up to large desktops
  • Support for browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Form fields with associated labels, clear error messages, and predictable submission

3. Known limitations

Some parts of the Service are provided by third parties and are not fully under our control:

  • Interactive maps (MapLibre with OpenFreeMap tiles) are visual; every hotel shown on a map is also listed as text, and directions are available as links.
  • Payment form rendered inside a LiteAPI (Nuitée Travel Limited) iframe — keyboard, focus and screen-reader behaviour inside the iframe are controlled by LiteAPI and its underlying payment processors.
  • User-generated content (guest reviews) is not always structured for optimal screen-reader flow.

We continue to monitor these areas and to raise issues with vendors where relevant.

4. Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on location.travel, or need content in an alternative format, please contact us at info@location.travel with the subject Accessibility. We aim to respond within 15 business days.

5. Enforcement

In the European Union, users may contact their national accessibility enforcement authority under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) if they are not satisfied with our response. In the United States, users may refer to Title III of the ADA. In the United Kingdom, users may refer to the Equality Act 2010.

6. Assessment method

This statement is based on internal review of the location.travel codebase against the WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria and manual testing with keyboard navigation and screen readers. It has not yet been independently audited.

7. Review

This statement was last reviewed on July 3, 2026 and is reviewed at least annually.
