The staff were great. The room was clean and cleaners came in every day to change towels and make beds etc The bar is good, very expensive but a good selection of drinks.

“Wonderful experience”
The room had a decent view of times square, was clean and comfortable.
“Truely great experience- will certainly stay here again should I visit New York City again”
Location - right in Time Square
“Great hotel but very busy and noisy.”
The staff were great. The room was clean and cleaners came in every day to change towels and make beds etc The bar is good, very expensive but a good selection of drinks.
The location is slap bang in the middle of Times Square so if you’re ok with crowds 24/7 then it’s fine. It can be quite annoying when you just want to get in to your hotel. It can be quite noisy too. We were on the 39th floor so the noise was minimal for us
“AMAZING”
L’emplacement incroyable. La taille des chambres pour NY.
Tout était très bien
“נהננו מאוד”
הצוות חדר האוכל וכל השרותים שהיו מסביב. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת נהננו מאוד מהארוחה במלון על הגג
המיטות הזוגיות היו צפופים לזוג
“all aspects were very good”
location,bars and restaurants
“Buen hotel para eventos”
El evento al que asistí era ahí, así que eso fue cómodo, habitación amplia
Estar en Times Square es un poco congestionado
极好
The room was spacious. The location was perfect. The restaurants were great. The View was a delight. It was our 42nd anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
It took a little to get used to the elevators, but we figured it out.
