清洁度9.8Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness and the hotel's tidiness; one guest reported a weird smell in a room, so score is slightly reduced from perfect.

服务10.0Numerous reviews praise friendly, professional and attentive staff (multiple mentions of staff member Aynur and duty manager), repeated stays highlight consistent high-quality service despite one operational lapse noted.

位置10.0Location repeatedly lauded (views, proximity to Dubai Mall, excellent location comments), making this a standout attribute.

客房质量9.0Rooms described as large, comfortable and luxurious by several guests; a few notes about blinds/lighting control and one smell report justify a modest deduction.

设施9.0Spa, pool and multiple on-site restaurants are highlighted positively; one guest noted the pool is shaded after 15:00 which slightly reduces the amenities score.

性价比9.2Not frequently called out explicitly, but repeated comments about luxury, repeat stays and overall satisfaction indicate perceived strong value for the level of service and facilities.

餐饮9.0Several mentions of on-site restaurants and one explicit '10/10' for food; generally positive but not extensively detailed in reviews.

整体体验10.0Majority of reviews describe exceptional stays, high recommendation and intent to return; a single negative, anxiety-inducing experience was reported but overall sentiment is outstanding.
