An absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. Everyone spoke excellent English, so communication was effortless and there was no language barrier at all. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Kyoto, making it extremely convenient to visit the city’s famous attractions. The hotel also goes above and beyond by providing thoughtful amenities such as complimentary facial masks. One of the highlights was the complimentary afternoon tea and social hour, which included free-flow beer. They also organise interesting workshops that offer guests a unique experience and special memories to take home. On top of that, the hotel provides plenty of helpful recommendations and information on places worth visiting around Kyoto. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, with a great variety of food to choose from.
