“Absolutely beautiful and such a nice place for our mother-daughter trip!”
Absolutely everything! The hotel was beautiful, the staff we amazing and the location was great too! We felt safe in the area.

The staff (front desk and otherwise) was great: courteous, efficient and professional. Special praise of and thanks to the helpful and accommodating front desk staff. While the neighborhood wasn't as upscale as I had expected, one can't beat the location (near Pont Neuf and Notre Dame).

Nous avons été surclassé dans une plus grande chambre au dernier étage car beaucoup de bruit coté rue, le coté cour est très calme, à privilégier. Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'hotel, la décoration et la gentillesse des hotesses d'accueil
Peu de choix au petit déjeuner pour un 4 étoiles, le pain et les croissants ne sont vraiment pas bons

Light switches are old style and difficult to figure out. The front desk staff did not inform us when we checked in that we have to switch on a signal to have the room cleaned
