We were kindly upgraded and it was greatly appreciated. Bed was super comfortable and room temperature was perfect. Beautiful room.
Fountain in pool not working, dinner at restaurant was average for such a great location you want top notch food.

The grounds are super green with lots of Balinese charm. The cottage room was fabulous. Great location in Legian , friendly and helpful staff. The pool with the attached kids pool was excellent, lots of daybeds around the pool to watch closely.
The buffet breakfast was okay, would be great if it opened before 7. We travelled with kids so could only use the one pool (pool with the swim up bar is adults only) Service around the other pool was slow.
