“Good hotel”
Front desk operators, guest relations and front door concierge are very welcoming, helpful and keen on assisting, the hotel it self is calm and cozy,
“Great location for Plentitude Arena.”
Staff were very good and dealt with any enquiries. Staff very informative re local area. We were here for a concert at Plentitude. Breakfast was really good and very good value Rooms are bit outdated but this suited us as air conditioning and shower very easy to use.

La gentillesse du personnel.
Hotel vieillot. On est loin d'un vrai 5 étoiles. Prix élevé pour la prestation
“Très mitigé”
Le personnel était très chaleureux et accueillant , le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire.
La qualité de la chambre . J’ai réservé une chambre supérieure avec vue et je ne pense pas du tout avoir eu une chambre supérieure car les photos sur Booking et la réalité ne correspondait absolument pas. Une déco très vieillotte avec de la moquette verte au sol … et une vue sur des engins de chantier énorme . Je pense vraiment ne pas avoir été dans la chambre que j avais au préalable réserver de plus énormément de bruit juste au dessus de la chambre toute l’après midi de mon arrivée alors que j avais spécifier être enceinte et avoir besoin de repos et de calme.

we tried to get some breakfast during the weekend, but there was long waiting queues and the staff at the restaurant did not handle it properly, I believe capacity is not my responsibility as a guest so I should receive some nice smile or apology or friendly note to wait but unfortunately it was the opposite and it seemed that they did not care. in general I would rate the hotel as business hotel not very much for private trips or holiday or comfort, the lobby is always occupied with people coming for conferences, seminars etc. same thing for the common toilets. you can not have a comfortable sit and talk moments at the lobby because they are usually occupied.
