“EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN PERO FALTA ATENCIÓN AL DETALLE”
el hotel está excelentemente bien ubicado, eso es lo top de este hotel, el desayuno bien, te incluye pancakes (3) o tortilla de huevo con 2 papas hashbrown + una bebida, puede ser café, jugo o agua, es todo lo que incluye, si quieres mas cosas, cargo extra. Llamé al hotel para avisar que me iba a llegar un paquete y muy amablemente me lo recibieron y me lo guardaron 1 noche, al dia siguiente llegué y me lo entregaron sin problemas, eso fue muy top. Otro request que hice antes de llegar al hotel y si lo cumplieron o no se si fue suerte, fue que si nos Dejaron suficientes toallas de cuerpo para bañarnos, eso si estuvo fabuloso.
les falta atención al detalle, antes de llegar hice el request de que las habitaciones fueran asignadas como conecting room (por eso bookeamos una cama king y una de dos camas y les mandé el pantallazo de la reserva con las dos habitaciones), y bueno pues cuando llegamos, ni sabían que eran dos habitaciones juntas pero por suerte al menos estaban asignadas en el mismo piso. El tema fue que cuando llegamos a la habitación, gracias no había gel de ducha o se no había jabón para bañarse, así estuvimos dos días hasta que le tuvimos que decir a la camarista y literal su respuesta fue: pues es que eso lo tienen que pedir ustedes por teléfono, porque yo ando corriendo muy ocupada y no me fijo en eso, y pues obviamente esa no es la respuesta correcta, una tarea de la camarista es ver que todas las amenidades que deja en las habitaciones, SIEMPRE estén surtidas. Luego la puerta del baño de la habitación 1201 ya estaba super despegada y a punto de caerse, es una puerta de madera, corrediza que ya estaba super colgada y por ende, costaba muchísimo trabajo abrir o cerrar la puerta.

“Overall awesome strategic place to stay in Manhattan”
Right smack in the middle of the action! Pretty much walking distance to key attractions in Manhattan. And if not, you’ll trip on the subway station on the way out the door 😂.
We were gonna give 10 stars, but our first night, there were hair under the sheets. Was a blond we can tell. Staff promptly replaced the sheets, but should have been taken care of before another guest comes in IMHO.

“First Impressions”
Rooms were clean
I can't think of the young gentleman's name that checked us in.. he apparently didn't know how to handle partial payments ( cash/ card).. he made no eye contact with me. He walked over to see what the other employee was doing to another lady in my group who was doing the same as I. ( which was done expeditiously. Which led to think he didn't know. He eventually got it, asked before he began could we all be put on the same floor he again did not answer nor make eye contact.. at the end of transaction he said I don't have any more rooms on the 6th he should have told me that at the beginning and maybe we ask could have been on 7. Other than that little glitch.. everything went well. Everyone else was very courteous and efficient.
