Best property I have stayed in Bali. Calm, serene, relaxed, and quietly luxurious. Beautiful grounds, spacious and well designed rooms, peaceful surrounds.

“Simply stunning hotel”
Stunning architecture with a unique village-style layout and jaw-dropping landscaping. Genuinely one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. Excellent food, including a ridiculiusly generous a la carte breakfast and free coffee any time of day. Incredibly friendly staff too.
Some issues with dehumidifier in the room but it was fixed quickly. Reception also forgot to bring extra slippers and waters as promised. Also a bit of chlorine-flavor in fruit at breakfast, but these were minor issues that the hotel could easily fix or improve on.

The hotel facilities were great, although I expected the property to be a little bigger. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay.
A little disappointed with the breakfast arrangement. I understand that the ala carte ordering system is meant to provide better service, allowing guests to enjoy their breakfast without having to walk around to get food. However, once the crowd starts coming in after 7 AM, the service gets slower, and food takes quite a while to arrive, even after several follow-ups. While adults can be patient, young children simply can't wait that long for breakfast. Considering that many of the guests are families with kids, including toddlers and younger children, a buffet-style arrangement would be much more convenient and family-friendly. Overall, the breakfast experience could definitely be improved.
