“Perfection! Great food, impeccable service, beautiful rooms.”
Incredible room, loved the lagoon pool accessible from our room, great food and cocktails, beautiful service- fast, intuitive, generous and thoughtful.
“Loved the luxury and relaxation.”
There was so much to do at the resort. The staff were very friendly and always interested in what we were doing. Everything ran like clockwork.
“A great resort in a beautiful location 👌”
Something for all diets.
All good.

Moldy smell inside the bedroom
“Perfect stay very relaxing - loved it”
Beautiful everything
Fridges not cold enough.

The balianse staff were very warm and welcoming nothing was too much trouble lovely experiance
I couldnt stay longer
“Relaxing stay. Amazing staff.”
The staff are welcoming. The location was good - near to the airport but in a quiet area. I raised an issue and this was dealt with accordingly and I was satisfied with the resolution.
Lack of plug socket in the room, which makes charging multiple devices or usage of electrical items (e.g. hair straighteners). The smell in the room was a bit foul due to the sofa but we requested this to be removed and the smell improved significantly.
