“Convenient & comfortable stay”
The property was within walking distance of Madison Square Garden, which was the purpose of my trip. I also liked how the hotel had a theme involving fitness. Every member of the staff I encountered were pleasant & helpful.
“Fantastic hotel in a great location in NYC.”
I travelled with my three young children to explore the city. The hotel is right next to a Subway station which we used without issue to travel across the city. The rooms are small as you would expect in a city centre hotel, but they are modern, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We found the hotel staff we encountered very friendly and helpful. It was my daughter's birthday during our stay and the hotel arranged something in our room upon arrival which was very much appreciated. The hotel has a restaurant and bar; we can't comment on the food as we didn't eat there but it seemed pleasant when we stopped for a drink and to buy some of the small selection of groceries they have available to buy. We had a fantastic trip to NYC which was made more special by having such a nice stay at this hotel. If I return in the future, I would definitely consider staying at the EVEN Hotel New York - Times Square Staff. Thank you to the team for a memorable stay!

It was less than most other hotels for this night but all of the NYC hotels were extremely expensive for this one date. Possibly inflated from the concert at MSG.

I would have preferred to have more tea available in my room since I am not a coffee drinker. However, upon request, I was easily provided with a supply to last my stay.

La ubicación: en el corazón de Manhattan con muchos lugares populares a tan solo unos minutos caminando. También mi reconocimiento a las recepcionistas que nos dieron nuestro cuarto temprano después de una travesía de más de un día por el clima.
Por favor actualicen los menús de los cuartos. Nuestro menú tenía precios distintos (más económicos) al del restaurante y el bar, y ese error causó un malestar durante nuestra estadía cuando forzaron a mi esposa a pagar el precio del restaurante aún cuando ella encargó comida basándose en el menú de la habitación. Al final se resolvió y nos regresaron la diferencia, pero el mesero pareció molestarse por eso. No era nuestra culpa (y creo que tampoco la del mesero), pero ese incidente no opaca la gran estadía que tuvimos.
