“I would stay again”
The room was lovely, The bed was comfy, The staff were lovely, And it wasn’t far from the Barclay centre. Also the roof top was amazing!

Excellent location, walking distance to Barkley centre, close to food fair who have great take way food and grocery shooping, walking distance to great coffee Deception, dunkin, was very satified with value and location, staff were great support and welcoming.

The 2 different bed MATRESSES we slept on were comfortable.
Room 1: 1314. There was a persistent but random knocking sound, confirmed but not identified by an engineer that prevented a good nights rest. Room 2: 1114. No noise but;- as in room 1, the bed base was so much larger than the mattress that we kept banging our legs on it. The shower was feeble and the bath plug did not prevent water from draining when using the bath. The body cream dispenser did not work and one had to extract the whole plunger and wipe cream on. The floor transition from carpet to tiling was raised and unpleasant under foot.

Availability late night. Front desk employees were very inviting.
I was very disappointed with the lack of attention to guest safety and basic accommodations. Our room was located at the far end of the fifth floor in a secluded, poorly lit hallway, which already made me feel unsafe. The hotel also could not initially provide basic washcloths. When one was finally delivered, the individual arrived dressed entirely in black, wearing a hoodie, with no uniform, name tag, or visible employee identification. He appeared irritated when I refused to open my door, despite my explaining that I could not verify who he was. Rather than respecting my safety concerns, he continued trying to convince me to open it. Guest safety, employee professionalism, and basic hospitality should be priorities, not afterthoughts.

Horrible value for money: the hotel is a waaaaay too expensive for what it is. First room we got was very humid, probably due to limited natural lighting.
