“Great room and location.”
They accommodated our needs for a lower floor room. Very close to train station and places to eat as well as Coop grocery store.
“Great place in downtown Zermatt for a reasonable price and comfortable accommodations.”
We had a party of four that was comfortably accommodated by our room choice. The kitchen was an added benefit and the location was ideal for exploring the streets and sites of Zermatt. Thank you.

Everything is great. Although I am a bit sick during the trip, the bed is warm enough for me to take a good rest.
No lift so it is a bit clumsy to have my luggage going up and down.

Liked everything. Stayed in a two bed private room with sink in room and bathroom shower next to it. It was perfect for our needs.

駅前です。フロントと同じ階の部屋でしたが、チェックイン14時より前に着いて、出かけたかったので、スーツケースは地下のストックルームまで運ぶ必要がありました。階段のみです。 部屋の内装は写真で見るよりもきれいで、とても清潔でした。コンセントもたくさんあります。 地下に洗濯機あり。備え付けの粉洗剤がありましたが、持参したものを使いました。快適でまた泊りたいホテルです。

行李存储在地下室，还是有点累 Storing luggage in the basement is still a bit tiring.
