Very bad service and no idea how this is rated as 5 stars hotel
Very bad rooms and the doors are having noise
“Amazing food, amazing hospitality 10/10”
Best hospitality I’ve received in a very long time! The GM was amazing and so attentive. The front desk staff was too notch and the staff in the cafe were wonderful. I will be back!
Mattress could have been a little better but all in all it was wonderful

Come gia' successo non si riesce ad avere la ricevuta con il nome dell'azienda
“Simply wonderful and we look forward to returning sometime soon.”
From the moment we arrived till the time of departure, the level of service was exceptional - professional, courteous, kind and efficient. We cannot speak highly enough of our stay at the Gansevoort. Thank you!
It was perfect in every way
“Convenient location but overpriced for what it provides”
location
More like European good 4 star hotel. Has neither comforts or service of a 5 star hotel.
