“We had a lovely stay. The staff was super friendly and professional.”
Location is perfect for midtown. Rooms very quiet
“Wonderful location and very nice hotel”
location of hotel is wonderful. very central and close to everything. Room is a little small and would have liked a room with a bit more of a view. Staff at reception were amazing but was not a fan of the Staff at the Branch.

Bathrooms could use a bit of update. Floor gets wet when taking shower, no vanity mirror
“היה מעולה”
אהבנו את המיקום המצויין של המלון. את הניקיון והשירות המהיר והנעים שלהם. כמו כן יש מסעדה נעימה ויפה במלון.
很好
The staff were helpful, polite and friendly without being overly so. The room was clean, had the amenities needed and everything worked, wasn't scuffed and looked taken care of.
The bed could have been bigger. I did book the room so it is my own fault but a bigger bed would have been nicer, however it was incredibly comfortable.
极好
