Staff were all very friendly

Getting harassed by the shop that’s inside the hotel every time we are exiting and entering the hotel, this was very disturbing that they allowed this to happen. No means no. We shouldn’t have to feel pressured. I’m very disappointed by this

The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed the variety of dishes. We were also lucky that the hotel wasn't too crowded during our stay, so there was plenty of space for everyone. The children had a great time and plenty to keep them entertained.

The check-in experience was absolutely terrible. We were initially given a room overlooking a construction site. When we discovered that construction work continued throughout the night, things went from bad to worse. The manager acted surprised and claimed that the construction work was supposed to stop at 7 p.m. He offered us two alternative rooms at no extra charge: one overlooking an underground parking area and another where we could still hear the same construction noise. In the end, we had to pay an additional $400 just to get a room on the other side of the hotel, away from the noise. To make matters worse, we had to specifically request an extra bed for our child. The hotel initially expected our child to sleep on a sofa that was barely comfortable enough to sit on, let alone sleep on. Given the poor service and the way the staff handled the situation, the whole experience felt more like staying at a poorly managed two- or three-star hotel than at a hotel of this standard. Extremely disappointing.

Very good location, own beach looking at the palm. News facilities, modern room.

Bike rental is very expensive like other places in Dubai. No alcoholic beverages served within the entire hotel.
